Business Development Manager : Structural Timber Framing Systems
THE CLIENT: This forward thinking and rapidly growing company already turn over in excess of £60 million in the UK alone. They are continuing to expand and are determined to recruit a positive and strong construction sales person with plenty of get up and go. This is a pivotal role within the company and you will be given a great deal of responsibility from day one.
THE ROLE: You will target the main Housebuilders and main contractors in the North East, although the role will also involve face to face presentations with Architects and Consultants. Up to 60% of your time will be devoted to generating new business from existing clients. It is essential that you are comfortable selling at a senior level and are organised in your approach. Full product training will be provided. Experience selling any type of technical product into the construction is essential.
